Handle customer queries and complaints via call
Provide accurate information about products/services and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Requirements:
Education: 12th PUC or above.
Language Skills: Must be fluent in Hindi and English.
Experience: Min 6 months.
Willingness to work 6 days a week with rotational week off.
