We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Sales and Support Executive. The role involves managing customer queries, driving sales, providing product/service information, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat support to assist customers.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
Convert leads into sales by explaining product/service benefits.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
Provide after-sales support and resolve customer complaints promptly.
Update customer databases, CRM, and sales records accurately.
Collaborate with the sales and operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.
Meet and exceed sales targets and customer service KPIs.
Stay updated with product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends.
Bachelor’s degree / Diploma or relevant experience in sales/support.
Proven experience in customer service, telesales, or inside sales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle pressure and resolve conflicts calmly.
Good computer skills (MS Office, CRM software, etc.).
Strong persuasion and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
