Job Overview:

We are hiring an Accounts Coordinator who will act as a liaison between our Business Development Executives (BDEs) and US Clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, the ability to understand client expectations, and a proactive attitude toward coordination and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a point of contact between US clients and internal BDEs.

• Understand client requirements, preferences, and pain points clearly, and communicate them effectively to the internal team.

• Schedule, manage, and follow up on client meetings and feedback sessions.

• Track account progress and ensure consistent client engagement.

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure client expectations are met on time.

• Help BDEs prepare tailored pitches and proposals based on client insights.

• Maintain organized documentation of communications, client preferences, and account status.

• Assist in resolving any communication gaps, delays, or misunderstandings between clients and the team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in a client coordination or account management role (preferably in US Staffing).

• Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.

• Ability to understand client behavior, needs, and expectations.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Familiarity with CRM tools, email management, and MS Office Suite.

• Willingness to work in Night Shift (US EST Time Zone).
