Position Title: Virtual Patient Relationship Manager
Description: Our healthcare organization is seeking a Virtual Patient Relationship
Manager (VPRM) to provide exceptional customer service to current and potential patients.
The VPRM will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls related to doctor
and specialist information, appointment scheduling, and general patient concerns. The
position is located within the hospital premises, and the successful candidate will be required
to maintain high levels of professionalism while building strong relationships with each
caller.
Responsibilities:
• Manage inbound and outbound calls from patients seeking information on doctors and
specialists, appointment scheduling, and general patient concerns.
• Make outbound calls to gather feedback and follow-up with patients.
• Respond to emergency code announcements in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain high levels of professionalism with patients while building strong relationships
with each caller.
• Update patient data in the patient service database after each call.
• Maintain regular communication with the management team.
Qualifications:
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• A graduate or pursuing graduation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi, and English.
• Ability to always remain professional and courteous with patients.
• Must be available to work during holidays and weekends
