
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and courteously.
Provide accurate information regarding banking products, accounts, loans, and services.
Assist customers with transactions, account details, and service requests.
Cross-sell banking products and services based on customer needs.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Adhere to compliance, process guidelines, and data security policies.
Maintain call logs and update customer records accurately in the system.
Work collaboratively with other teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline (Candidates pursuing graduation may also be considered).
Excellent communication skills in English and local languages.
Strong customer handling and problem-solving abilities.
Basic understanding of banking products and services is an advantage.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and computer applications.
