Key responsibilities
Customer support: Address customer queries and issues, troubleshoot problems, and guide them through solutions.
Inbound and outbound calls: Handle incoming customer calls and, in some roles, make outbound calls for sales or follow-ups.
Language proficiency: Communicate clearly and professionally in Malayalam, often in addition to English.
Sales and upselling: For sales-focused roles, the job involves driving sales and upselling products or services through phone conversations.
Customer relationship management: Focus on maintaining positive customer relationships and ensuring high levels of satisfaction throughout the service process.
Record keeping: Update customer records and communicate process updates to team members.
