Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries using phone, chat & email.

• Resolve customer complaints by providing solutions, alternatives, or escalating issues as needed.

• Meet key performance metrics including call handling time, customer satisfaction and resolution rates.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.

• Process orders, returns, refunds, or exchanges and update customer accounts when necessary.

• Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure efficient resolution of customer issues.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Telugu communication.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with computer systems, MS Office, databases, and customer service platforms.

• Patience, professionalism, and empathy when dealing with upset or frustrated customers.
