Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex queries.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Minimum qualification: HSC (12th Pass) / Undergraduate / Graduate in any discipline.
Good communication skills in English and regional languages.
Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
Positive attitude, customer-centric approach, and willingness to learn.
