Job Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

• Resolve customer queries related to products, services, or billing.

• Provide accurate information and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Maintain records of interactions and update customer details in the system.

• Meet performance targets related to quality, efficiency, and attendance.

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.

• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

• Ability to handle pressure and work in rotational shifts.

• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream).

• Experience: Freshers and Experienced candidates can apply.

• Shifts: Rotational shifts (Day/Night as per process).

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (depending on experience).
