   Responsibilities:

·         Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.

·         Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.

·         Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.

  Qualifications:

·         Bachelor’s degree or Post Graduation.

·         Experience 1-3 Years

·         Excellent Communication skills, Interpersonal skills and Presentation Skills.

·         Experience in Chat and Emails Process.

·         Languages: English / Kannada / Hindi/ Tamil

·         Excel knowledge is a must.
