Role & responsibilities
• Respond to customer inquiries via Call/Chat/Email/ social media channels.
• Resolve customer issues promptly or escalate problems to appropriate team when necessary
• Provide feedback on customer services processed to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining professional and helpful communication
• Meet performance targets set for first call resolution rate, average handling time, and other key metrics.
Preferred candidate profile
1. Excellent communication verbal and written skills required with empathetic attitude for the customers
2. Situation handling and decision making skills should be there
3. Should be able to handle the complex customer queries.
4. Any Undergraduate/ Graduate/ Above can apply.
5. Only Immediate Joiners Required.
6. Candidates with relevant experience would be preferred.
