
Responsibilities
Daily processing of calls received and outbound calls within assigned turnaround time
Awareness of the client’s business, operational activities, and processes
Adaptable to learn new processes, concepts, and skills
Develops and maintains documentation
Escalates issues and seeks advice when faced with complex issues/problems
Minimize client complaints and escalations by providing exceptional service and call control
Keep and develop process, technical, operational knowledge (of self) and maintained/updated
Skills
Reliable, proactive approach to entrusted tasks
Written and spoken ability to communicate in English for organizational interaction
Spoken ability to communicate in English and Hindi, with other regional languages as an added advantage
Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office
Flexibility to work in rotational/straight shifts
