Job Title: Customer Support (BPO) – L3 Queries
Location: Work from Home (WFH)
Qualification:Must be a Graduate (any field)
Experience: Preference for candidates with BPO or Customer Support experience (Freshers are also welcome)
Salary: ₹23,000 CTC (₹17,800 in hand)
Shift:
- Day shift (till 9:00 PM) for females
- Rotational shift for males
Requirements:
Skillset:
- Must have excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi
- MTI (Mother Tongue Influence) or RTI (Regional Tone Influence) issues will not be concerned
- Clear voice and pronunciation, no grammatical errors
- Should speak clearly in both languages
- Must pass Versant Level 4 test
Job Role & Responsibilities:
- Handle calls from Level 3 (L3) irate customers
- Resolve issues and answer queries effectively
