Key Responsibilities:
• Build and nurture strong relationships with existing SoCo's clients (schools, corporates, colleges, hospitals).
• Act as the primary point of contact for client communication regarding delivery commitments, updates, and issue resolution.
• Closely coordinate with the Production and Operations teams to ensure timely delivery of uniforms and supplies.
• Regularly visit client locations within Coimbatore for relationship management and service follow-ups (local travel only).
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell SoCo’s additional offerings to existing clients.
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and maintain accurate records of client interactions.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Tamil.
• Strong relationship-building and client servicing mindset.
• Proactive, well-organized, and detail-oriented work approach.
• Ability and willingness to travel frequently within Coimbatore (two-wheeler with valid driving license mandatory).
• Self-motivated with a focus on meeting client expectations and ensuring timely delivery.
