Position Title: Customer Support

Shift: Rotational Shifts
Communication: Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally across various channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media.
Resolution: Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, escalating unresolved matters to the appropriate internal teams as necessary.
Data & Compliance: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Follow all internal communication procedures, guidelines, and policies diligently.
Information Delivery: Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers by utilizing the correct methods and tools.
Customer Experience : Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
