Job Description:
We are hiring Customer Service Executives for the Skoda Process at our Belapur location. The role involves handling customer queries, generating leads, and assigning them to the dealership.
Key Responsibilities:
• Address customer queries and provide solutions in a professional manner.
• Generate and qualify leads from customer interactions.
• Assign leads to the respective dealership for further processing.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Requirements:
• Good communication skills (English & Hindi preferred).
• HSC freshers are welcome; experience in customer service is a plus.
• Ability to handle customer inquiries with patience and professionalism.
• Basic computer skills to update records and assign leads.
Job Details:
• Shift: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Rotational week off)
• Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 (Net Take Home)
• Location: CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai
