Key Responsibilities:
Contact customers to remind them of pending payments using scripts provided.
Negotiate payment arrangements based on customer financial situations.
Update customer information in the collections system with accurate notes.
Identify and escalate high-risk or special-attention accounts.
Provide excellent customer support with a polite and empathetic approach.
Follow company policies and compliance guidelines.
Maintain accurate records of calls and payment collections.
Attend training and coaching sessions to improve performance.
Meet daily/weekly targets for calls and collections.
