We are hiring Customer Success Executives who are enthusiastic, tech-curious, and customer-focused. This role is ideal for freshers or early-career professionals seeking experience in technology sales and client engagement.
Customer Engagement: Connect with clients via phone calls to identify their IT security needs.
Meeting Coordination: Schedule 10–15 virtual meetings weekly with prospective clients.
Sales Enablement: Communicate clearly about IT security solutions and services we offer.
Tech Familiarity: Get introduced to tools/products like:
Palo Alto, Sophos, Trend Micro, Forcepoint
SonicWall, Thales, Google Mail
Tata Tele Lease Line, VAPT & more
Solution Selling: Identify client challenges and suggest relevant tech-based solutions.
Communication: Good spoken and written English.
Customer Orientation: Experience in roles like inside sales, tele-calling, or support is a plus.
Eagerness to Learn: Strong interest in understanding tech products and IT security basics.
Sales Aptitude: Ability to identify and convert opportunities through client conversations.
Number of client meetings scheduled weekly.
Contribution to lead generation and overall sales growth.
