About the Role:
We are seeking a Customer Support Executive with excellent communication skills to handle international calling. The ideal candidate should be customer-focused, fluent in English, and able to deliver high-quality service while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound international calls professionally.
Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information in a timely manner.
Maintain positive customer interactions and ensure a high level of service.
Document all interactions and follow up on pending issues.
Collaborate with the team to meet performance targets and SLAs.
Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (mandatory).
Prior experience in international calling or customer support preferred.
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
