Role Overview
The Customer Service Associate will be responsible for interacting with customers through various channels (calls, emails, chat, in-person) to resolve queries, process requests, and ensure a positive experience. This role demands good communication, patience, and a customer-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls, chats, and emails to support customers.
Assist customers with product information, order status, returns, and refunds.
Resolve complaints and escalate complex issues to seniors when required.
Record and update customer interactions in CRM/ERP systems.
Coordinate with internal teams such as logistics, sales, or technical support for query resolution.
Ensure timely resolution of issues within defined SLAs and TAT.
Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and customer satisfaction.
Key Skills & Requirements
Graduate / Undergraduate (any discipline).
0–3 years of experience in customer service, BPO, call center, e-commerce, or retail (freshers welcome).
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English & Hindi; knowledge of regional languages is an advantage.
Strong listening skills, patience, and problem-solving ability.
Computer literacy with MS Office, CRM tools, or ticketing software knowledge.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Positive attitude, adaptability, and team player.
