Handle customer calls professionally and efficiently.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up when required.

Provide correct and clear information to customers for issue resolution.

Work with other departments to manage and escalate complex cases.

Meet performance targets consistently.

🔹 Job Requirements:

Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass

Experience: 0 – 5 years (Freshers are welcome)

Excellent communication skills.

Willingness to work in night shifts (5 days working).

Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
