Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive for our Voice, Chat, and Email Process. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in handling customer queries via voice, chat, and email, with strong communication skills and the ability to resolve issues efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer queries professionally via voice calls, chat, and email in a timely manner.
• Understand customer concerns and provide accurate, valid, and complete information.
• Resolve customer complaints and queries to maintain satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth issue resolution.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and regularly update the database.
• Ensure strict adherence to quality, compliance, and process guidelines.
Key Requirements:
• Minimum 1+ year of experience in Voice, Chat or Email Support.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle pressure.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and customer service software is a plus.
• Good typing speed and attention to detail.
• Willing to work in rotational shifts, including weekends (if applicable).
Working Hours - 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Working days- 6 Days
