Job Description:
We are hiring for the JP Morgan Chase banking process, which involves handling transaction-related activities and providing support to customers. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries related to banking transactions.
Ensure accuracy and compliance in all banking procedures.
Provide effective resolution within defined timelines.
Maintain confidentiality of customer data.
Work collaboratively with the team to achieve process targets.
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate/Undergraduate candidates can apply.
Freshers are welcome; relevant experience will be preferred.
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
Salary:
Fresher: ₹28,000 in hand
Experienced: ₹32,000 in hand
Working Days & Shifts:
5 days working
2 rotational week offs
Rotational shifts (including night shifts if required)
Additional Requirement:
Drug test is mandatory post selection.
