Job Summary
We are looking for a Product Support Executive, who will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by providing first-level product support. Whose role involves resolving accounting, GST, and E-Invoice queries, analyzing data, and maintaining accurate documentation. Who will collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure timely issue resolution, enhancing customer satisfaction. Success in this position is defined by your ability to efficiently manage support requests and contribute to team goals.
Roles & Responsibilities
Provide first-level support for Accounting, GST, E-Invoice, and E-Way Bill modules.
Understand customer issues and assist via email, chat, and calls.
Log, track, and follow up on customer tickets until resolution.
Coordinate with technical and product teams for closure of issues.
Use Excel (formulas, pivots, macros) for data verification and reconciliation.
Maintain FAQs, help guides, and support documentation.
Collect customer feedback and share insights with the product team.
