Job Role
As a team member, you directly receive meaningful responsibilities as of day one. To do so, you’ll develop a keen understanding of your product categories and markets. Whilst building the plans, you will not only develop your negotiating and sales skills, but also your financial & marketing skills, analytical insights and logistical understanding as you are responsible for your client from A-Z. You'll be part of a Sales team in which trust, entrepreneurship, real passion for winning and leadership are very important.
Responsibilities
Act as first point of contact for ass assign clients.
Address employee & HR queries. Attend emergency cashless calls.
Support clients with Wellness activities.
Maintain EB portal- Odin assure for assigned clients.
Claims management: Attend claims related queries for all EB policies. Collection & scrutiny of reimbursement claim submissions documents at client site with intimation to the employees for any deficiency documents in reimbursement claims.
Supporting employees with information and process for all planned hospitalizations and help ensure hassle free cashless process for employees using TPA infrastructure
Monitor cash deposit statement and provide timely update to client for replenishment of the same.
Delivery of customised MIS, maintenance of active data base, reconciliation of data, CD statements etc.
Co-ordinate the overall end-to-end service delivery to agreed standards.
Work with other professionals on an individual account or a portfolio of accounts to ensure that relevant information is shared among appropriate individuals and required actions are taken to meet clients' needs.
Support the team to ensure client retention and improve revenue for the company with new business and cross sell opportunities.
Qualifications
We are looking for:
PGDBM / MBA
5-7 years of relevant experience (preferably broking firm/TPA)
Highly preferred Good knowledge of MS Office- MS Excel, MS Word and MS Power Point Ability to multitask with problem-solving skills
Self-driven, enthusiastic person with hunger to make it big
Have an external focus and a real passion for client servicing.
Good communication and presentation skills
