Role Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Technical Support representative to join our team in Gurgaon or Noida. As a Customer Support Technical Support representative, you will provide technical assistance and support to our customers via non-voice and voice chat channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers via non-voice and voice chat channels
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Document customer interactions and feedback to identify areas for improvement
- Meet customer satisfaction and resolution targets
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Experience in customer support or technical support is preferred
- Ability to work in shifts, including night shifts and weekends
Work Details
- Location: Gurgaon or Noida
- Work Mode: Office-based
- Working Days: 5 days a week (rotational shifts)
