Job Summary:

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team and provide exceptional service to our customers. You will be the first point of contact for inquiries, complaints, and feedback, ensuring each interaction leaves the customer feeling valued and supported.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer queries timely and professional manner.

• Identify customer needs, provide accurate information, and recommend solutions or services.

• Handle and resolve complaints, escalating issues when necessary.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM systems.

Requirements:

• Any Graduation or PU

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
