About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and articulate Customer Service Executive to assist clients with queries related to our legal services. You will communicate with clients, explain service details, generate leads, and ensure a smooth client experience with timely updates and follow-ups.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle client queries via phone, email, or chat
Explain legal procedures, timelines, and documents required
Generate and qualify leads by reaching out to potential clients
Coordinate with the legal team and share case updates with clients
Follow up for documents and ensure issue resolution
Maintain accurate records and reports of client interactions
Requirements:
Education: Minimum 12th Pass (Graduates preferred)
Experience: 0–2 years in Customer Service / Telesales / Legal Support
Strong communication in Hindi, Bengali, and English
Good persuasion, empathy, and follow-up skills
Proficiency in MS Office
Basic knowledge of legal services (training provided).
