Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client communication via calls, emails, and chats.

• Provide clear information on legal services.

• Understand client needs and connect them with legal experts.

• Schedule appointments and support documentation.

• Follow up to ensure issue resolution and client satisfaction.

• Coordinate with legal and operations teams for smooth service delivery.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.

• Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to handle client queries with professionalism and patience.

• Basic knowledge of legal services is a plus (training will be provided).

• Familiarity with MS Office.

• Fluent in [English/Hindi/Bengali].

Qualifications:

• Minimum Qualification:12th Pass.

• 0–2 years of experience in customer service, tele-sales, or legal support

• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
