About the Role:
Avyaan Management Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Customer Support Associate (CSA) to provide excellent service to our clients. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
Resolve complaints and provide appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.
Provide product/service information and assist customers with troubleshooting.
Suggest improvements to processes for better customer experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s preferred).
Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
Patience, empathy, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in shifts, if required.
