The Customer Support Engineer – Electrical will be responsible for providing technical assistance, troubleshooting, and after-sales support to customers for electrical equipment, systems, and products. The role involves handling customer queries, ensuring timely service, maintaining customer satisfaction, and coordinating with internal teams for issue resolution.
Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or onsite visits.
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical equipment issues (DG sets, transformers, panels, solar systems, etc. as per company domain).
Coordinate with service and engineering teams to resolve customer complaints effectively.
Ensure proper installation, commissioning, and maintenance support for customers.
Handle warranty claims, service requests, and escalate unresolved issues.
Maintain service records, reports, and customer feedback logs.
Conduct product demonstrations and customer training when required.
Assist sales teams in addressing technical queries during pre/post-sales.
Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering (or related field).
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and safety standards.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Problem-solving attitude with technical troubleshooting ability.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools preferred.
0–3 years for Junior Level (freshers with good knowledge can apply).
