We are looking for motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our Bagic Sales process.
The role involves promoting and selling insurance products to prospective customers through
outbound calling, building relationships, and achieving set sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with customers over calls to promote and sell insurance policies.
Explain product details, benefits, and pricing clearly to customers.
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Ensure compliance with sales policies and company standards.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in the system.
Requirements:
Education: HSC / Graduate
Experience: Minimum 6 months of sales experience is mandatory
Skills:

- Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively
- Target-oriented mindset
Timings:
9 AM – 8 PM (Any 9 hours shift)
