Customer Support Associate

We are looking for a Customer Support Associate to join our team Writer Business Services Pvt Ltd to handle customer calls, provide exceptional customer support and resolve queries related to order related queries. The role offers an attractive in-hand salary of 15,000-20,000 thousand and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.

• Address customer queries, resolve concerns and manage complaints.

• Ensure customer satisfaction with timely resolutions.

• Good communication skills required (English & Kannada).

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is II PUC and 0- 4 years of experience. You will be responsible for addressing customer queries, solving complaints and escalating complex issues when necessary. The candidate should be comfortable with six Days working during the rotational shifts and week-offs. Also willing to work on public holidays. Cabs will be provided after 9:30 PM within 15 KM radius from the work location.
