Job Description: Customer Sales Executive

We are seeking dynamic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Sales Executives. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, understanding client needs, and offering customized solutions to drive sales and customer satisfaction. You will interact with potential and existing customers through calls, emails, and other communication channels to promote our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build strong rapport with customers by understanding their requirements.

• Handle customer queries and provide personalized solutions to close sales.

• Promote and explain company products/services effectively.

• Stay informed about product updates and industry trends to enhance sales pitches.

• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction.

• Handle complaints or escalations professionally and ensure timely resolution.

• Accurately log customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.

• Adapt to rotational shifts and weekly offs as required.

Qualifications:

• Minimum education: 12th pass or graduate.

• Fluency in English, Hindi, and one South Indian language (Tamil or Telugu).

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Goal-driven and proactive.

• Experience in telesales or customer support is preferred.
