• Pitch to customers based on their needs and preferences.

• Handle objections and close deals over the phone.

• Maintain CRM records and follow up regularly.

• Achieve monthly sales KPIs.

  3. Customer Support Executive

  • Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries.

  • Provide product/service information in a clear and friendly manner.

  • Record complaints and escalate unresolved issues.

  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Maintain accurate call logs and feedback.
