Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Customer Relationship Manager to manage client relationships, ensure smooth service delivery, and drive customer satisfaction and retention. The role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a passion for customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain healthy, long-term relationships with existing and potential customers.
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and queries related to insurance policies, renewals, and service requests.
Educate customers about policy features, renewal benefits, and claim processes.
Assist customers with renewals, upselling, and cross-selling of insurance products.
Manage customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution through coordination with internal teams.
Track and achieve assigned targets for renewals, retention, and cross-selling.
Maintain proper documentation and update CRM tools with customer details and feedback.
Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and compliance norms.
Prepare daily and weekly MIS reports related to customer engagement and retention performance.
Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (Full-time).
0–3 years of experience in customer service, telecalling, sales, or insurance preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and listening skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
