We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a professional attitude, and prior experience in B2B sales. She will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, managing customer accounts, and ensuring complete client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential B2B clients.
Identify new business opportunities in the furniture and interior solutions sector.
Coordinate between clients and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and service satisfaction.
Prepare and present business proposals, quotations, and project updates.
Handle client queries, feedback, and complaints efficiently.
Maintain accurate customer records and prepare periodic sales reports.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in client relationship management or B2B sales.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.
Preferably from the furniture, interior, or manufacturing industry background.
Strong interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
