This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to Architecture /Interior. Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support:
Engage with customers to understand their interests and preferences in Laiton crafts.
Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and availability.
Assist customers in placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns or exchanges.
Issue Resolution:
Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a timely and empathetic manner.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution when necessary.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing excellent service.
Follow up with customers to ensure their inquiries are resolved to their satisfaction.
Administrative Tasks: o Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Update customer information in the database during and after each call or correspondence.
Team Collaboration: o Work closely with other departments such as sales, shipping, and product development to ensure seamless customer service.
Collaborate with colleagues to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
Sales Associate
Sales Techniques:
Utilize effective sales strategies to encourage purchases and upselling.
Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of Laiton craftsmanship, including the history, techniques, and artists involved.
Handling Transactions: Process sales transactions efficiently and manage payment systems.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven customer support experience or experience in a similar role.
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
High school diploma; additional qualifications will be a plus.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 3 years of experience. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. Candidates must be open to a 6 days working week during the Flexible shift.
