Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with site staff, vendors, and security personnel for smooth daily operations.
Ensure daily attendance tracking of field teams.
Take handover of new project sites and manage initial setups (keys, boards, checklists).
Follow up with contractors and vendors for assigned tasks like repairs, demolition, or setups.
Handle utility applications like electricity, water, and gas connections (new or temporary).
Maintain basic site documentation and checklists as per company formats.
Support the team in compliance, site visits, and tracking task progress.
Requirements:
Good coordination and communication skills.
Comfortable traveling to multiple sites when needed.
Basic MS Excel/Google Sheets knowledge.
Prior experience in facility management, admin, or construction coordination is a plus.
Should be proactive, reliable, and organized.
