Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer interactions via phone calls and emails in a professional manner.

• Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving complaints through proper coordination between customers and staff.

• Manage and maintain customer data, records, and reports in Excel and other tools.

• Provide timely responses to customer queries with patience and a calm attitude.

• Supervise daily operations and assist staff wherever required.

• Maintain proper communication between operations team and management.

• Perform all supervisory duties, including monitoring, reporting, and team coordination.

Requirements:

• Good command over English (spoken & written).

• Strong knowledge of MS Excel and data management.

• Ability to handle phone calls, emails, and customer queries effectively.

• Problem-solving mindset with a cool-headed approach to customer concerns.

• Prior experience in customer service/CRM or supervisory roles will be an advantage.

• Willingness to work in 12-hour shifts.
