We are seeking candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience in customer relation ship management , who are proficient in Hindi, Telugu. The role involves resolving customer complaints, providing the right information, and escalating complex problems to the relevant department when needed. A Graduate is required, and candidates must be open to working 6 days working during the Day shift.
