Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused CRM Executive to manage customer engagement and relationship-building throughout the sales lifecycle. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a seamless customer experience from inquiry to possession, maintaining accurate CRM data, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely communication and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track and follow up with leads, prospects, and customers through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.

• Ensure smooth onboarding of new customers including documentation, agreement signing, and payment schedule coordination.

• Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.

• Coordinate with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Project teams for customer requirements and updates.

• Generate and analyze CRM reports for management on sales pipeline, follow-ups, and customer status.

• Assist in organizing customer events, site visits, and handover processes.

• Ensure customer satisfaction through consistent service and post-sales support.

• Monitor and ensure timely milestone communication such as payment reminders, construction progress, and possession dates.
