Job Description

Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in CRM, excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, and the ability to manage customer relationships effectively. As a CRM Executive, you will be responsible for managing customer interactions, handling feedback to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Courier Management:

·         Automate and manage all outgoing courier emails, including detailed dispatch information.

·         Send outgoing courier delivery confirmation emails along with customer feedback forms.

·         Handle incoming courier delivery confirmation emails with listed contents.

2. Customer Handling:

·         Send monthly customer feedback forms and follow up to ensure completion.

·         Follow up with merchants for weekly tracker emails to be sent to customers.

·         Ensure customer feedback form fill-up by customers for all deliveries in accordance with defined timelines.

·         Compile and present comprehensive monthly reports on customer satisfaction surveys.

·         Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve customer satisfaction.
