About the Role We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our education vertical. You will develop and execute sales strategies for our educational programs, build and strengthen institutional partnerships, manage high-performing sales teams, and identify opportunities for growth. Key Responsibilities • Develop, refine, and execute comprehensive sales strategies tailored to schools, colleges, and educational institutions to consistently achieve revenue targets and expand market reach. • Proactively identify, initiate, and build partnerships with educational institutions and institutional stakeholders (TPOs, deans, principals) to drive program adoption and deepen engagement. • Lead, mentor, and manage a sales team—setting goals, monitoring performance, conducting regular reviews—to ensure targets are met and exceeded. • Analyze market trends, competitor behavior, and institutional feedback to pinpoint growth areas and adapt strategies in real time. • Ensure client satisfaction by gathering feedback, acting on concerns, and collaborating internally to deliver improvements.
