Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in CRM, customer engagement, or marketing automation.
Proficient in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Dynamics).
Strong analytical skills and experience with segmentation, reporting, and A/B testing.
Knowledge of email marketing, customer journeys, and retention strategies.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Experience with data privacy and compliance regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
