We are looking for a CRM Associate to join our team at Pamohi, Garchuk (Guwahati). The ideal candidate will have prior experience in collections, feedback management, and client coordination, along with strong skills in Excel and Google Sheets reporting.

Key Requirements:

Background in collections / feedback collection

Strong client coordination & follow-up skills

Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, charts, large data handling, advanced functions)

Ability to fetch data from software systems and prepare reports

Knowledge of Google Sheets for collaborative reporting

Excellent communication; soft-spoken and professional

Ability to remain calm and composed while handling multiple follow-ups

💰 Compensation: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 (based on interview, not beyond this)
