As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our elite clientele. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and nurture client relationships, support the sales and finance teams, and ensure a seamless and premium customer experience throughout the purchase and loan process.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential customers.
Assist clients through the luxury car buying journey, ensuring a personalized and hassle-free experience.
Coordinate with the sales and finance teams to provide accurate and timely information to customers.
Manage customer queries related to vehicle features, pricing, finance options, documentation, and delivery timelines.
Follow up with leads and ensure consistent communication pre- and post-sale.
Schedule test drives, showroom visits, and delivery appointments.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, market trends, and financing products.
Handle customer complaints or concerns with empathy and efficiency, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Maintain CRM records and track customer interactions, feedback, and preferences.
Support in executing loyalty programs and special events for premium clients.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive, luxury, or finance sector.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional demeanor with a customer-first attitude.
Familiarity with auto financing processes is a plus.
Proficient in CRM systems and MS Office Suite.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, if needed.
