We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and ensure the smooth and efficient handling of all sales operations. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between sales, operations, and clients, assisting in order processing, follow-ups, and maintaining client relationships.
Coordinate with sales team to manage client accounts and ensure timely communication.
Prepare and process sales orders, quotations, invoices, and delivery notes.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and transactions.
Assist with scheduling meetings, calls, and product presentations.
Follow up with clients for order confirmation, payments, and after-sales support.
Work closely with logistics and warehouse teams for timely dispatches.
Handle queries from customers and resolve issues promptly.
Update and maintain CRM systems and sales databases.
Support marketing and promotional campaigns as needed.
Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for management.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience as a sales coordinator or in a similar administrative role.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
