Job Description:

We are looking for a female customer relationship executive to join our team at our Kasna Site-5, Greater Noida location. The ideal candidate should be confident, customer-oriented, and skilled in handling client interactions and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries and provide prompt, accurate solutions.

• Maintain healthy relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

• Maintain customer records, feedback, and follow-up details.

• Assist in client onboarding and post-sales support.

• Handle calls, emails, and in-person meetings with professionalism.

• Work proactively to retain and grow customer accounts.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any stream.

• 1–2 years of experience in customer relationship management, client servicing, or sales coordination.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

• Fluency in English and Hindi.
