We are seeking a proactive Customer Relationship Executive (OEM) to manage client coordination, order processing, and reporting. The ideal candidate must possess strong communication skills, excellent follow-up ability, and advanced expertise in Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, MIS reporting) to ensure seamless execution of OEM requirements.
Act as the primary point of contact for OEM clients, ensuring clear and professional communication.
Manage end-to-end order processing – from order receipt to dispatch coordination.
Prepare and maintain OEM client data, reports, and trackers using advanced Excel tools.
Generate and share MIS reports, dashboards, and sales analyses for management decisions.
Coordinate with sales, production, logistics, and accounts teams to ensure timely execution.
Conduct regular follow-ups with clients and resolve queries effectively.
Document and analyze client feedback to enhance service quality and strengthen relationships.
Graduate in Business, Commerce, or related field.
1–2 years of experience in customer relationship / client servicing (OEM or B2B preferred).
Proficiency in Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, MIS reporting mandatory).
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage OEM requirements efficiently.
Team-oriented with strong problem-solving and follow-up abilities.
Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on skills & experience).
